I have friends who are moving into the area from Nottingham at the end of April. They are after a 3/4 bed house preferably in the Braunton area as they have a little one who has been accepted into school there. However they will also consider anywhere else. They had a house lined up but it has now been sold. They will consider short or longer terms just to get them settled for a few months.

They have done all the rightmove, primelocation searches etc but it seems they get snapped up really quick.

Any ideas??

hi my mate is just about to put his 3 bed up for rent not sure on price or any thing tho

Yes, they are waiting to sell theirs in Nottingham but are keeping an eye on the market down here. I will pass it on,
