Final fling 2012 official figures

Sorry for the delays on this. Gigha moved all the log in details over to the 3 of over seeing the running of the event next year and has been logged out of the forum since :? Also her pc is calling it a day and now requires Carl to buy her a new one for Xmas :wink:

A basic break down is....... we done very well.. :lol:

After all expenses of running the show and keeping a float in the club account for next years events ..£2000 is available to the 2 charities chosen + the monies "honoured " by the bank...

The split was decided at the meeting with £1500 + Natwest £250 going to the Childrens Centre at South Molton and £500 + Natwest £250 going to The Air Ambulance. The split was made this way as the ladies from the Childrens Centre helped out at the show and are arranging a big event on cheque presentation day. Unfortunately The Air Ambulance were rather "short" in supporting us supporting them :cry:

We got some great donations from some traders, the bar, ( despite the super cheap prices) , made a profit, the scales squeeze rolled in some good cash as did the raffle and tombola, there was plenty of show goers and day visitors..

Obviously a big thanks to all who helped and supported and late Jan/early Feb we will be handing tbig cheques over to the Charities.
