Krusty Christmas Meal

Postby Flame Haired Warrior » Fri Nov 04, 2011 6:05 pm

Well with Christmas round the corner I thought I would organise the Krusty Christmas Meal. We will be having the meal at the Atlantic Diner on Friday the 9th December. Looking to start eating at 7pm so get there a bit earlier for drinks etc.

To help those who are cooking only food on the Christmas menu is available so there will be no curly fries available. The menu is as follows

Starters
A. Spicy Parsnip Soup Served with a Warm Bread Roll
B. Pate Served with Melba Toast & Salad Garnish
C. Tiger Prawns Cooked in Garlic Served with Crusty Bread
D. Breaded Brie & Cranberry Jelly Served with Salad Garnish
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Mains
1. Roast Turkey & Stuffing
2. Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding
Both Served with Seasonal Vegetables & Roast Potatoes
3. Salmon & Fennel Parcels Served with Baby Vegetables & New Potatoes
4. Mediterranean Roasted Vegetables & Mozzarella Wellington Served with Seasonal Vegetables & Roast Potatoes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Desserts
a. Traditional Christmas Pudding Served with Brandy Sauce
b. Homemade Chocolate Yule Log
c. Homemade Mincemeat Strudel Served with Clotted Cream
d. Cheese Board
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Coffee & Mints
£15.95 per person
If you want to come along please put your name on the list along with what you will be having to eat (using the letters and numbers before the menu item). Not everyone will want to have 3 courses, if thats the case the meal will be a £12!
The Diner would like at least a weeks notice on numbers and menu choice so if you want to come along let me know sooner rather than later.
Cheers
Lets get the ball rolling on this
